CARE

• To lengthen life of insert, purchase a pillow protector (sold separately).
• Spot clean when necessary.
• Machine wash in warm water in a commercial-sized washer; gentle cycle.
• Tumble dry low in a commercial-sized dryer; remove promptly.
• Stop dryer frequently to turn centre out to ensure centre dries and to avoid scorching.
• Avoid excessive heat as fabric may scorch.
• Do not dry clean, bleach, iron or steam.
• Store in ventilated bag.

CARE FOR YOUR NEW INSERT

Your new pillow or duvet insert may have been compressed for shipping and just needs a little help to reach its maximum fluffiness. Here's how:

1. Remove the packaging and lay the pillow or duvet insert flat on a sturdy table or floor.
2. Starting from the middle, use your whole arm to spread the batting from the centre to the corners, repeating as necessary.
3. Then lightly pat the surface (you are pressing too hard if you can feel the other side). Flip over and repeat.
4. For pillow inserts: stand it up on the long side and pat shorter sides and top towards the centre. Rotate and repeat.
5. For duvet inserts: grab the corners and shake it, repeating on the other corners. You can also put the duvet in a dryer (no heat, check the care instructions) with one or two tennis balls to help break up any clumps of batting.
