Thicker and softer than any shag rug we’ve ever felt, ours is made of 100% New Zealand wool.
- Hand tufted of 100% New Zealand wool.
- Made with cut pile for a plush, velvety feel.
- Backing is made of recycled canvas with odorless synthetic latex adhesive.
- The synthetic latex provides a more durable and flexible backing that reduces odor and extends the rug's life; it does not present a risk to those with latex allergies, nor does it dry out or break down over time.
- Shag rugs will shed by nature, but shedding will decrease over time.
- To get our super soft ultra plush rug looking as great as it does in our catalog and online, simply shake it out to fluff it up after removing it from its packaging. For a fuller look, run your fingers or a brush through the matted areas to lift the fibres.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE
- For a fuller look, run your fingers or a brush through the matted areas to lift the fibres.
- To maintain your rug's look, clip loose ends with scissors rather than pulling them off.
- Fluff before first use.
- To clean, we recommend regularly shaking the rug to remove dust or dirt, preferably shaking outdoors.
- Avoid harsh chemicals that could damage or fade your rug and harm its backing.
- Rug will shed, shedding will decrease over time.
- Store your rug by rolling it front side out and wrapping it in cloth for protection. Never fold your rug for storage.
- Avoid direct and continuous exposure to sunlight. Rotate rug periodically to promote even wear.

Standard Parcel Shipping with Front Door Delivery
Smaller items are shipped using our Standard Parcel service, and delivered by Canada Post or Purolator. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. If your package cannot be delivered, you will receive a notice from the carrier with pick-up instructions or re-delivery options.
Unlimited Flat Rate Shipping with In-Home Delivery & Assembly
An unlimited number of eligible furniture items can be delivered for a single flat rate, per shipping address. These items will be delivered by our In-Home Delivery & Assembly service provider where items are brought into your home, unpacked and assembled (some exclusions apply) and the packaging is responsibly removed.
Eligible items will show "Unlimited Flat Rate Delivery" on the product page.
